Ordering & payment:
Email us at aliceguntherobjets@gmail.com with your store information and to receive a passcode to access our online wholesale shop. Payment can be made with a credit card using our secured system. we do not accept orders by phone at this time.
$250 minimum for opening orders
$150 minimum for reorders
A 30% deposit is required for any order that includes specialized mounted items..
please don’t hesitate to contact us with questions by email or phone (212) 603-9188 as you’re preparing your order. all orders must be paid in full prior to shipment. For payment by credit card, emailed invoices in the form of the original Purchase order will be sent for easy and secure payment online. late payments incur a late fee of 10% per month.
Pricing:
all prices are listed in u.s. dollars and subject to change without notice. Existing customers will be notified of any changes in pricing prior to their order being shipped.
Turnaround Time:
Our typical turnaround time is 5-10 business days, however this range can vary during trade show season.. Please note: large orders often require additional time (2 - 3 weeks) due to the careful handcrafting of our pieces.
Shipping & handling:
Customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Costs are determined at the time of shipping based on weight and distance and will be added to the PO invoice prior to shipping.. All orders are shipped by UPS ground service.. Alice Gunther Objets requires a credit card on file prior to shipment. Should you wish to ship using your existing UPS or FedEx account, your account details must be provided with your Purchase Order. For international accounts all shipping fees and import/export costs are to be covered by the retailer, and are not included in the ship costs. Alice Gunther Objets is not responsible for any carrier delays.
Cancellations, returns & exchanges:
Wholesale orders are non-returnable, except in the case of a defect of product or quality issue with the product, in which case we’ll make it right and will either ship a replacement or issue a refund. Please inspect your wholesale shipment upon arrival. Incorrectly shipped merchandise or items that have been damaged in transit must be reported by email with attached photo(s) documentation within 7 days of receipt. A s25% replacement fee will be added to damaged items not reported after 10 days. Thank you!
Back Orders:
Certain materials to create products may occasionally be out of stock. You will be notified if any items you have ordered are back-ordered and, if directed, we will proceed to ship all in-stock from your order. Once an item is in stock, we will ship it immediately.
on-line retailers:
We do not currently offer our products to online-only retailers, however we may introduce this option in the future on a very limited basis. If you are selling online, credit to Alice Gunther Objets must be given in the product description, and suggested retail prices must be observed. Resale of Alice Gunther Objets products on Etsy, eBay, Amazon, or other similar platforms in not permitted. Please inquire by filling out a request form on our wholesale site with a description of what you sell. We are always happy to talk by phone.
